Can I cancel or change the time of lessons if I need to?
We offer this service as a standard part of our product - Class Business Classic. If you order Class Business Classic, you only need to send us an e-mail before 16.00 of the previous working day and we will cancel or change the time of your next lesson free of charge. If you require even greater flexibility, take a look at our newest product - Class Business Pro.

  We have a limited budget and a large number of potential students. What would be the best solution for us?
You will get the most for your money if you put the quality of teaching first. This is why we recommend creating smaller groups with the same language level and having lessons as frequently as your budget allows. In addition, if you choose to have a course at a fixed time, with our product - Class Business Economy, you will get the most from your budget.

  Can I try a lesson before buying the product?
You can choose a demonstration lesson where we will show you our teaching method, or a trial period at a very favourable price.

  Can I choose where I have my lessons?
If you are based in Bratislava, your lessons can be held wherever you like and we will pay the teacher’s travel costs. During the day we also give lessons in the classrooms at our offices.

  What should I do if I am not satisfied with my teacher?
Be sure to let us know. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the lessons, we will come and observe a lesson and guide the teacher. If there is a personality clash with the teacher, we will simply replace him/her.

  How quickly will I be able to perfect my English?
If you study regularly, it should not take you longer than six months to finish each level. If you are studying as part of a group, you will need at least a month longer.

  How will you assess my progress?
Class has its own progress tests, which you can take every six months, or after you finish each individual level. We include the results in the assessment of a student, which we send to service purchasers on request.

  Will I receive a certificate?
If you pass the test at the end of each level, you will receive a Class certificate (not accredited by the Minister of Education of the SR).

  Will I have to pay for courses in advance?
No – with the exception of Class Business Economy, which is a 40-hour course paid for in advance. For other services, you will receive monthly invoices with a copy of the attendance sheet.

  When can I start lessons?
You can start tomorrow if you wish. Although not before we have tested your level and found out your requirements and goals.
